  • Screen Printing: 24 pieces (36pcs is the better price)
  • Hybrid Screen Printing: 100 pieces (This is for large full color graphics)
  • DTG – Direct To Garment: 12 pieces (This is for short run full color graphics)
  • Embroidery Shirts or Jackets: 12 pieces
  • Patches on Caps: 50 pieces
  • Banners & Signs: 1 piece
  • 18″x24″ Coroplast Signs: 10 pieces
  • Laser Engraved Tumblers: 12 piece
  • Private Labels: 144 pieces (less than the minimum will incur a $125 fee per shirt blend)
  • Custom Patches: 50 pieces
  • Custom Woven Labels: 500 pieces
  • Print Media – Business Cards
  • Postcards etc: 500 pieces (only for apparel customers)
  • Promotional Products: Subject to the manufacturers minimums

Standard 5-10 Business Days; Ship time is not included in production times.

Rush fees are in addition to all product and material costs.

  • Same Day Rush: $150
  • 2 Day Rush: $125
  • 3 Day Rush: $75
  • 4 Day Rush: $50
  • Graphic Design Time is $50.00 an hour (with a minimum of 1 hour)
  • Embroidery Digitizing is $50.00 per logo up to 8k stitches and $7 for each additional 1000 stitches.
  • Any time invested in a project that is cancelled you will be responsible for any relate-able cost. All files and designs are the intellectual property of The Apparel Shack LLC.
  • 100% Prepayment is required for all orders.
  • Cash Discount: All orders are quoted and billed with a 3.5% cash discount. (ACH cash money order or company check.)
  • Credit Cards accepted: Visa MasterCard Discover and American Express (Loss of 3.5% cash discount.)

$50.00 service charge on any returned checks. 1.5% per month on all past due
balances until balance is paid in full.

No returns will be accepted without proper return authorization. All claims must be made 
within 5 days of receiving your order. All damaged goods must be returned within 10 days
 of receiving your order with the proper return authorization.

Items in our sample line are available upon request. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Samples requested that are not in our sample line must be pre-paid in full by the customer. All samples borrowed must be returned by the time the job is complete. If they are not returned, the customer is subject to a charge that is double the retail price to replace all samples.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received before the order goes into production. There will be a restocking fee on all orders. Decorated goods cannot be returned or canceled.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and taxes. Customers that are tax exempt for resale or have a non-profit status must provide the proper documents required by the State of Texas.

All logos and designs are the intellectual property of The Apparel Shack LLC.
 Any and all legal action taken against the billed company will take place in Harris County Texas.
